Frontline Leadership: Every Officer a Leader
William S. Westfall
This program is designed for officers and leaders who want to rediscover the fulfillment in their work and instill the same in those with whom they work, and who aspire to lead their agencies into the twenty-first century. This seminar will assess public sector leadership, its present state and leadership into the future. Utilizing numerous resources and authors attendees will obtain a clear picture of the differences between leadership and management, and the separate roles they fulfill in an organization.
Those in attendance will be introduced to The Leadership Test© and how it is utilized to measure successful leadership and management decisions. They will understand the influence every officer has on their organization through the study of historical demonstrations of leadership and case studies
William S.
