The Office of Career Services at Westfield State College assists employers in their efforts to connect with prospective employees. Each year Westfield State College produces well over 1000 graduates that are highly educated and well qualified to be active members in the workforce. Westfield State College is considered one of the finest state colleges in Massachusetts, offering degrees in 21 different majors ranging from Business Management, Criminal Justice, Psychology, Environmental Science, Education and many others. Westfield State College is a member of The Colleges of the Greater Springfield Area Consortium. This partnership allows our students to be exposed to many different programs and experiences as well as multiple career fairs.

The Criminal Justice Career Fair takes place in October with over 50 agencies and 500 students in attendance.
The Colleges of the Greater Springfield Area host a Career Fair in April for the eight institutions. Each year the fair rotates from college to college.
The Colleges of the Greater Springfield Area host a Human Services Fair in the spring open to employers from education, human services, psychology, sociology, and social work backgrounds.
